Who killed Mohbad?: Youths protest against the murder of Nigerian Singer Mohbad

 


MohBad, also known as Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, was a renowned rapper and singer from Nigeria. He unfortunately died in Nigeria on September 12, 2023, for reasons that are yet unknown. He was buried in Lagos, the largest metropolis in Nigeria.

Numerous celebrities and MohBad's fans have demanded justice since his untimely death, and there have been protests in his honor. People are interested in finding out what happened to MohBad, who might have been charged, and whether justice can be done.

Youth protests Mohbad’s death

On Tuesday, young people gathered at the Okeletu bus stop in Ikorodu, Lagos State, Nigeria, to show their anger about MohBad's death. They called out for justice, screaming, "We need justice for MohBad." They believed the singer's death was strange and demanded an investigation into the circumstances surrounding it. Protesters also asked that the Nigerian government arrest Naira Marley and Sam Larry. Some demonstrators expressed their grief by saying, "We are in pain!" MohBad's death must not go unnoticed."

Mr. Biodun Oyebanji, the governor of Ekiti State, has requested that the police investigate MohBad's death. He wants them to find out what caused the Nigerian singer's unexpected death. Oyebanji has expressed condolences to MohBad's family and supporters and expressed his own grief at the singer's passing.

Who killed Mohbad?

Fans of MohBad claim that Samson Erinfolami Balogun, a socialite from Lagos, and singer Naira Marley are to blame for MohBad's passing. Some supporters even set Naira Marley's home on fire in protest and demanded for his quick arrest.

Back in 2022, MohBad was a signed singer to Naira Marley's Marlian Records, but he left the company. MohBad reportedly left Marlian Records as because of abuse and assault by Naira Marley, according to fans.

The internet was flooded with claims that Sam Larry (Samson Erinfolami Balogun) was responsible for MohBad's death when an old video of a fight between MohBad and some people appeared.

Sam Larry, who believed MohBad to be a brother, has strongly rejected these claims, saying he could never hurt him. He has demanded that MohBad's death be properly investigated.

MohBad's death's actual cause would be known once the investigation is finished, according to the Nigeria Police, who have started an investigation into the case.
