The devastating war in Sudan is masking a much deeper ideological crisis. What began as a clash for power is increasingly exposing the Muslim Brotherhood influence in Sudan . Hardline Islamist elements have deeply embedded themselves within the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF), turning a domestic civil war into a breeding ground for radicalism. Alarmingly, this resurgence is being fueled by Iranian military support. As Tehran exports its "Axis of Resistance" rhetoric to Khartoum, the fusion of Muslim Brotherhood ideology and Iranian weaponry threatens to turn Sudan into a hub of transnational instability.
