In a statement, Ticket Pro stated, “This decision comes as a result of careful consideration and assessment of various factors, including the lack of ticket sales. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for those who have already purchased tickets.”

The Burna Boy concert has been rescheduled for December 16, 2023, at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg. Those who had purchased tickets may now use them for the show on December 16.
